Welcome to Playamar Properties (formerly Dreamtime Properties) in Torremolinos located by the beach and only 10 minutes drive from Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport in Spain.

Having been established in the area since 2002 originally in Avenida Benyamina, we moved in 2010 to a new office in Calle Ninive, between a row of bar/restaurants 'Prince of Wales' (was Robins Nest) and 'Oficina' bar only a few yards up to the left from the main Playamar roundabout. 

We are an established agency and our aim is to to offer our clients a fully professional, friendly and reliable service. Our good name and reputation has been built on recommendations and on our honest approach to property transactions - as we would like you to recommend us to your friends!

We will help you from start to finish with your property search, everything from assistance with your removals, obtaining your NIE (National identification number), 'residencia', buying a car or setting up a business.

We also are able to recommend 2 completely independent Lawyers in Torremolinos which we feel is vital as they are not associated with our agency so that you can buy or sell in complete confidence. 

We offer a full conveyancing service and we are also advise and arrange for all your local taxes to be paid. We also arrange payment of yearly Non Resident tax, Wills and organise inheritance for your assets in Spain.

We have a great selection of all types of residential and a few commercial properties. Holiday Rentals

Update....We have temporarily removed all our holiday rentals until further notice so we can update the details and photos of each property and until we get more information in respect to changing/pending legislation 

All previous bookings are secure and you maye email us if you wish to book a property for the low season Autumn/winter 2024-25.


ALL properties that are rented out for short term holiday rentals, are registered in the Andalusia Tourism Register referred to as the (VFT/MA/.........) . A licence number will be issued to each property. If you wish to have any more information on renting for holiday lets then please email us on info@playamarproperties.com
